We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a seamless experience with our auto parts. If you need to return a product, we have established the following return and refund policy. 1. Returns 1.1 Eligibility You may return a product purchased from&#xA0;APS within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:<ul><li>The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.</li><li>The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.</li><li>The product must have been purchased directly from&#xA0;APS.</li></ul> 1.2 Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product, either by phone or email, and provide the following details:<ul><li>Order number</li><li>Product name and quantity</li><li>Reason for return</li></ul> 2. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and guide you through the return process. 3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. 4. Affix the RA number prominently on the package. 5. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fees. 1.3 Inspection and Refunds Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the product passes the inspection, we will initiate the refund process.&#xA0;However, please be aware that a 20% restocking fee may apply, which will be deducted from the refund amount. 1.4 Refund Options Refunds for eligible returns, after deducting the restocking fee (if applicable), will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. 2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:<ul><li>Tire mounted wheels -- NO EXCEPTION</li><li>Products that are on permanent sale (i.e. discontinued/overstock/blowout)</li><li>Products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.</li><li>Products that have been installed or used.</li><li>Products purchased from third-party sellers or resellers.</li></ul> 3. Exchanges We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product. 4. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue promptly. 5. Customer Responsibility As the customer, you are responsible for:<ul><li>Ensuring the product is eligible for return according to our policy.</li><li>Properly packaging the product to prevent damage during return shipping.</li><li>Covering the cost of return shipping.</li></ul> 6.
